    Configure characteristics, behaviour & limits for AI conversations

    • Using a default or own OpenAI AI key
    • Setting parameters (maximum tokens + temperature)
    • Building a custom prompt
    • Adding fall back options (human takeover, next question and/or switching back to rule based conversation flow)

    You can combine other (rule based) components with the AI chat component which gives you endless options in customizing your ideal flow.
